Upton Farm can accommodate up to 19 guests in the holiday cottages. Each cottage has its own courtyard and garden or decking area as well as its own parking spaces. There is a Games Room available (adjacent to Upton Mill) with table tennis and small billiards table.

• Upton Mill sleeps eight in three twin bedrooms and one twin/double.
• Hyde Barn sleeps six in two twin bedrooms and one double.
• The Studio sleeps three in one single and one twin/double.
• The Owl Barn sleeps two in one double bedroom.
